18TH WORLD CONGRESS ON PUBLIC HEALTH - SOUTH AFRICA 2026
HEALTH WITHOUT BORDERS: EQUITY, INCLUSION, AND SUSTAINABILITY
About the Conference and Abstract Submission
The World Congress on Public Health (WCPH), held biennially by the World Federation of Public Health Associations (WFPHA), is the leading global gathering of public health professionals and advocates.
The 18th WCPH 2026—organized in collaboration with the Public Health Association of South Africa (PHASA)—will take place in Cape Town, bringing together more than 2,000 delegates from around the world.
For the first time, the WCPH will be hosted in Southern Africa, creating a powerful platform for African voices to engage, influence, and collaborate on global public health priorities.
This year’s theme, “Health without Borders: Equity, Inclusion, and Sustainability,” underscores the collective commitment of the global public health community to designing and implementing fair, inclusive, and sustainable solutions to today’s most pressing health challenges.
Visit the WFPHA website for more information about the Congress.
